Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Any items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund. For hygiene reasons, certain baby products (such as feeding accessories, bedding, or mattresses) cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

3. Return Process & Costs

Our customer service team will confirm the appropriate return address when your request is approved. Unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned goods. Standard delivery charges will be refunded for orders cancelled under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Additional costs for premium delivery options (e.g., next day or express delivery) are non-refundable.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs and a description of the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. No Exchanges
